Omni-Sports Reverse

(1993 - 1994)

The league logo was updated to include a skater over the league name. The first series of pucks issued with this logo was done by Omni-Sports. Czechoslovakian slugs were used. Most logos can be found issued with both a large and a small white background. Salt Lake City also had two variations. A slight back logo variation is shown at the bottom.
