Converse Rubber Reverse

(1968 -1969)

The first year after the Art Ross Patent expired marked the first year of full color team logos for the Original Six teams (Although Boston has been found issued with an orange rubber front.). The Leafs hung on to tradition using an older version of their team logo while two versions of Seals pucks were issued as the team changed its name. The series marks the last with rubber logos on the back. Two versions of the back logo an be found. The version with the smaller text is harder to find. Below is a round version of a practice puck from this era.
