CONVERSE RUBBER CO REVERSE

(1964 - 1967)

The Art Ross slug had long been the official game puck of the NHL. By 1965, the puck also entered the WHL market and was used alongside the CCM puck. The earliest version featured the manufacturer's name written out in full along with the famed Art Ross Patent Number. This series included the first full colored logos used in the WHL.
