What is your return policy?
We don’t generally accept returns of custom printed products. Any returns must be approved by OGP.
Do I have to pay before you ship my order?
Typically, payment is required before your product is shipped out. However, terms can be arranged so please contact us to discuss.
What forms of payment do yo accept?
We prefer checks, cash or e-Transfers. Visa and Mastercard are accepted but are discouraged due to their high fees.
Do you do the artwork?
If proper vector is provided, we’ll create the art work and provide a proof for your approval before production. However, if you prefer to provide your own custom design, we’ll gladly use your design.
Are there any artwork or setup fees?
Typically not. If proper vector artwork is supplied (or a usable high resolution image for some of our products) our set up costs are already built into price.
If the artwork is not suitable, we’ll let you know up front and give you options such as a quote on creating proper vector art work for you. This would be a one-time charge and we’d provide you with the vector file so that you would have it for any future orders. If an item required individual customization (such as adding individual player names to a product), there are customization charges which are spelled out for each item.
Can you do rush orders?
We are happy to do rush orders. We often turn orders around in 24 hours to meet the needs of our customers. Typically, a 10% rush charge is applied to orders needed within 10 days and a 20% charge is applied to orders needed within 4 days. However, always feel free to discuss your order with us if there are any issues.
How long will it take to make my order?
You can safely expect your order to be completed in 21 days from the time the order has been finalized but this will vary with the product. However, if you give us a date required at the start of the process we’ll work to ensure your product is done on time.
Do I have to order online or call in to order?
We accept orders both by phone and online, whichever works best for you.
How do I order or get a quote?
After selecting your desired product, please complete the form to specify your customization preferences. Then click “Upload Your Artwork”, and once the file has been uploaded, click “Request a Quote”.
