Welcome to Official Game Puck (OGP Enterprises Inc.) (“OGP”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By requesting a quote, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your order.

All custom orders begin with a quote request. Quotes are provided based on the information supplied by the customer, including product specifications, quantities, artwork requirements, and delivery timelines.

An order is considered confirmed once the quotation has been accepted by the customer and all necessary order details have been finalized.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork proofs before production begins.

Approval of a proof confirms that all artwork, colours, text, logos, sizing, and placement are accurate. Once artwork has been approved, OGP is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.

If suitable print-ready artwork is not provided, additional artwork or design charges may apply. Any applicable charges will be communicated before production begins.

Standard production timelines vary depending on the product and order complexity. Most orders are completed within approximately 21 days after artwork approval and order confirmation.

Production times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, product availability, artwork revisions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Rush production may be available upon request and may be subject to additional fees.

All prices are quoted in the applicable currency unless otherwise stated.

Quotes are valid for the period specified in the quotation and may change if order specifications, quantities, or production requirements are modified.

Taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, and other applicable fees are additional unless specifically included in the quotation.

Payment terms are determined at the time of ordering.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is required before products are shipped. OGP reserves the right to withhold shipment until payment has been received in full.

Shipping dates provided by OGP are estimates only.

While every effort is made to meet requested delivery dates, OGP is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment has been released to the carrier.

Because the majority of our products are custom manufactured specifically for each customer, slight variations in colour, print positioning, material appearance, and finish may occur during production.

These minor variations are considered normal manufacturing tolerances and do not constitute defects.

Due to the custom nature of our products, custom orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable.

If you believe your order contains a manufacturing defect or production error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Approved claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Orders that have already entered production cannot be cancelled.

By submitting artwork, logos, trademarks, or other creative materials, you confirm that you own the necessary rights or have obtained permission to reproduce those materials.

OGP assumes no responsibility for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from artwork supplied by customers.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used appropriately and for their intended purpose.

OGP shall not be liable for damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification of any product.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OGP’s liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the affected product.

OGP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

OGP reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Updated versions will become effective once published on this website.
